This beautiful beach is the go-to spot for everyone from Palermo as it’s super close to the city center but still offers a beautiful white sand and beach vibe. Although it can of course get a bit packed in high-season I would for sure recommend to visit this beautiful beach with it’s crystal clear water.

  • Seäson

If you want to know where the locals are grabbing their aperitivo before partying, Seäson is probably the answer. After the sun set, all the tables are removed and the place turns into a party spot as there are often live DJ’s playing.

  • Ristorante Bar Nettuno

This was probably one of the best dinners during our Sicily trip! The panoramic view over the ocean as well as the authentic homemade pasta were just a perfect dinner experience. We were lucky and were able to get one of the last tables, I would recommend to reserve in advance especially if you’re traveling in high season.

  • Tonnara di Scopello

Unfortunately this stunning place was closed for a private event when we were in Scopello, however, I would still really recommend visiting it. There are sunbeds (if you come early enough) available and you will need to pay 15€ for the access (including the museum).

tips for Cefalú

  • Sant'Elia

  • Passafiume Cantina Bistrot

We enjoyed delicious homemade pasta at this lovely authentic restaurant. There are also vegan & vegetarian options available. I would recommend to reserve a table which can be done easily online.

Although we didn’t have dinner in this beautiful spot (as we only stayed one night in Cefalù), I would highly recommend checking out this stunning dinner spot and reserve a table for the terrace (ideally for sunset).

tips for favignana & lavanzo

  • Camparia Favignana
We enjoyed a few hours of pure peace and laid back Sicilian vibe in the beautiful camparia. There are plan-based options available and they have a huge dessert menu. The whole place is super aesthetic and stylish. Unfortunately we had to leave to the boat, however, I would love to come back one day as I spotted are great aperitivo & dinner options in the menu.

Our boat trip continued after Favignana to Lavanzo and this beautiful island is just a place of pure tranquility and natural beauty in the Egadi archipelago. We only spent some hours on this small island but were so in love with the crystal clear water and the laid back vibe of the stunning island.

  • Cibo Chiacchiere e Vino

This place was recommended to me by a local friend for having a great aperitivo/ wine for the sunset. As we didn’t stay over night in Favignana we couldn’t try it this time, but this beautiful place is super high on my list for the next trip to Sicily (hopefully soon)!

  • Cala rossa

This beautiful beach can be reached via car, scooter or as we did via the boat tour you booked. the water is super clear and if you come by land you should bring some beach shoes as the rocks can be painful.
