EASY GLUTEN-FREE BUNS

Although I post recipes of my coco-yoghurt and smoothie bowl breakfast most of the time on Instagram, I love love love bread, especially when it’s freshly baked! This recipe is from my boyfriend’s mum who also loves to prepare gluten-free buns - I tried them and was immediately convinced: super easy to make and so delicious!

RECIPE FOR THE GLUTEN-FREE BUNS (approx. 18 buns)

  • 180g oats

  • 40g millet flakes

  • 40g buckwheat flour

  • 40g hemp seeds 

  • 30g chia seeds

  • 30g flea seeds

  • 40g ground pumpkin seeds 

  • 80g ground flaxseeds 

  • 80g ground sunflower seeds 

  • 1.5 teaspoons salt 

  • 800 millilitres of water (warm)

  • 1 tablespoon apple vinegar 

  1. Mix all the ingredients together

  2. Best result when the dough is left overnight (but at least 4 hours are fine)

  3. Form the buns with wet hands so the dough does not stick to your hands

  4. Bake them at 200° fan setting for approximately 35 minutes 

  5. Enjoy!
